The Role: Product Designer

As we scale, we are looking for a Product Designer to join our growing design team for an initial 3-month contract (with the possibility of renewal based on performance). You’ll work alongside our current Design team to shape the experience of our platform, collaborating on core features and building a thoughtful, user-focused design foundation from the ground up.

‍What You'll Be Doing

• Plan and run interviews, surveys, and usability tests. Study user behavior and pain points, and translate your findings into clear design insights.
• Create sketches, wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma. Explore ideas, refine interactions, and ensure clarity across every design stage.
• Work from concept to delivery. Define problems, explore solutions, and present design decisions to stakeholders in a simple and confident way.
• Work with engineering to maintain and improve our design system. Ensure consistency and help scale design standards across the product.
• Work closely with the Product Manager on strategy and partner with Front-End Engineers to ensure accurate implementation of your designs.
• Validation and Iteration: Run design reviews and usability tests. Collect feedback and refine designs based on data and user input.

‍What You Need

• Two or more years of experience in UX or Product Design, with experience working on complex SaaS or B2B tools.
• A strong portfolio that shows end-to-end design work.
• Proficiency in Figma for prototyping and component design.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and accessibility.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in an agile environment.
• Clear communication skills across writing, visuals, and presentations.

Nice to Have

• Basic familiarity with HTML and CSS.
• Experience working on AI-driven products.
• Experience with motion design or complex data visualization.
• A degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
